Job Summary
Provide technical support and maintenance for IT systems and equipment across multiple markets, including troubleshooting, installations, and preventative maintenance. Repair or replace defective components, monitor system performance and security, and assist with new site builds by pulling network cables and mounting hardware. Document service requests and expenditures, order parts, and communicate effectively with on-site staff to address concerns. Travel to various sites daily, work in diverse temperature conditions, and adhere to safety guidelines while lifting up to 70 pounds. Maintain on-call availability for emergencies and work weekends as needed to ensure operational continuity.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 20 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 70 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Ability to work in various temperature conditions
- Must wear safety equipment when required
- On call availability for emergencies
- Ability to work weekends as needed
- Willingness to travel to multiple sites per day
