Job Summary
Provide on-site IT support across ArchWell Health centers, installing and maintaining equipment, managing cables, and resolving IT tickets with collaboration between the IT Service Desk partner and field services. Responsibilities include assisting with onsite IT, medical and vendor equipment needs; updating and tracking IT service desk tickets; creating quick reference guides and FAQs; hands-on fixes at the desktop level (software/hardware installations, backups, headset configurations); ensuring enterprise IT standards; potential travel to satellite markets up to 20% and driving between centers; requiring valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Education/experience requirements include an associate or bachelor’s degree with two years of experience or four years in related field, plus healthcare IT experience preferred; familiarity with ServiceNow, ITIL, Salesforce, Genesys, Teams, and eClinicalWorks is a plus.
