Job Summary
IT Field Service Technician responsible for on-site escalation handling from the NOC, installing/maintaining/troubleshooting hardware (workstations, servers, networking equipment) and software including Office 365, as well as AV/printing/IoT devices. Collaborates with engineers and the service team, provides customer training, and maintains high installation quality. Supports the Service Desk by responding to tickets and communications. Requires the ability to lift 70 lbs, a valid driver’s license, and availability for variable hours and local travel. Strong customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced IT environment.
