IT Field Engineer

IT Field Engineer responsible for traveling to client sites and also working remotely from offices to deliver on-site and remote IT support. Key duties include setting up and configuring hardware (PCs/Laptops), managing and troubleshooting networking, printers, and servers, providing end-to-end support within SLA/KPI, identifying escalations, delivering training to end users, creating and updating internal documentation, and ensuring security, integrity, and regulatory compliance (ISO standards) across client environments. The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional customer experience, collaborating with a team and mentoring/learning opportunities, and participating in ongoing training and certificates. The position is Brighton-based with travel to client locations and requires a full UK driving license.
