Job Summary
Serve as the go-to problem-solver for 2nd line support, investigating root causes and delivering timely resolutions for escalated technical issues involving networks, servers, applications, and peripherals. Forge partnerships with client IT teams to ensure seamless communication and collaborative problem-solving while maintaining accurate incident records and preparing regular reports on trends and process improvements. Stay updated with the latest technologies to proactively identify opportunities for enhancing service delivery and optimizing the client's IT environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a 2nd line support role
- Proficient knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and servers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think critically under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
