Job Summary
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, printers, and network issues while installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Manage user accounts, email setup, and access permissions; monitor network connectivity, internet services, and Wi-Fi infrastructure. Perform routine system updates, backups, antivirus management, and preventive maintenance. Coordinate routine maintenance of office and healthcare facilities, monitoring electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning systems. Liaise with vendors for repairs, ensure office equipment remains operational, and conduct facility inspections to report maintenance issues. Support compliance with health, safety, and facility management standards, including implementing emergency response plans and documenting maintenance schedules. Maintain IT asset inventory, prepare performance reports, and assist with office setup or relocations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in IT Support, Facilities Management, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows operating systems, networking, and office infrastructure
- IT troubleshooting and technical support
- Basic networking and systems administration
- Hardware and software installation
- Facility maintenance coordination
- Vendor and contractor management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
