Job Summary
Oversee organizational infrastructure by installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop and laptop hardware and software. Provide technical support to end-users regarding computer systems, manage servers, Microsoft Office 365, OneDrive, and SharePoint, and setup firewalls. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and controls to ensure data security and integrity. Collaborate with departments to identify technology needs and manage external vendors for timely issue resolution. Submit regular reports to management on IT project status and infrastructure health.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/degree in IT
- 3-5 years related work experience
- Experience in managing Servers
- Experience in managing Firewall
- Experience in setup laptop for new employees
- Experience in troubleshooting laptop issues
- Experience in ERP System
- Experience in Stock Inventory
- Experience with AutoCount Accounting Software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
