Job Summary
Own day-to-day EUC operations for the assigned site, managing vendor escalations and monitoring performance to ensure timely corrective actions. Create and improve SOPs, user guides, records, and knowledge-base content while collaborating with GTS teams to resolve issues and drive service improvements through data, automation, and process standardization. Support compliance initiatives via accurate asset management, reporting, and AI tools to maintain security and service quality. This onsite role in Yogyakarta requires 3+ years of IT operations experience and reports to the Senior Country IT Manager.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT operations, service desk, workplace technology, or a related field
- Able to manage operational tasks and projects from start to finish
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with IT service management, asset management, endpoint tools, cloud applications, or workplace platforms such as Google Workspace, Jamf, or Omnissa Workspace ONE
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with experience in process improvement, SOP creation, automation, dashboards, or AI-assisted support, while maintaining security, accuracy, and service quality
- This is an onsite role based in Yogyakarta
