Job Summary
Lead IT strategy and digital transformation for ibis Jaipur City Centre. Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability. Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational objectives. Lead, mentor, and develop IT teams; manage IT budget, vendor relationships, and procurement. Implement IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for compliance and data security. Drive digital transformation initiatives, evaluate emerging technologies, and translate business requirements into IT solutions. Manage IT projects end-to-end, establish relationships with stakeholders and technology partners, champion change management, monitor cybersecurity posture, and ensure smooth adoption of new systems. Require a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in IT leadership with experience in enterprise systems, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in IT management, IT operations, or IT leadership roles
- Proven experience in IT strategy development and digital transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated experience managing IT teams and leading organizational change
- Experience in enterprise systems, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure management
- Service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
