Job Summary
IT Equipment Storeman responsible for labeling and registering IT equipment in ITAM, packing/unpacking, loading/unloading, preparing equipment for shipment, delivering to end users, and supporting IT inventory processes. Requires handling and moving IT assets, maintaining storage space, and coordinating tasks; in Warsaw area with in-person work. Skills include Microsoft Excel proficiency, inventory management, logistics, physical endurance, and the ability to manage teams (advanced profile only). Describes duties around IT equipment handling, shipping preparation, and asset disposal preparation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT asset / warehouse role
- Experience managing IT asset inventory and storage space
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to physically move heavy boxes and operate a hand pallet truck
- Category B driving license
- Ability to use a personal car for transporting small/medium IT equipment within Warsaw and surrounding areas (up to 50 km monthly)
- Attention to detail and sense of responsibility
