IT Environments and Release Intern

Environment and Release Intern will support the Environment & Release Manager in coordinating IT environments and software releases for Glencore’s global commodity trading IT landscape. Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date environments, ensuring secure configurations aligned with architectural standards, monitoring environment health, assisting incident management, producing monthly dashboards for non-production issues, supporting release management activities, and exploring automation to improve efficiency and drive continuous improvement in environment monitoring and release processes. The role emphasizes collaboration with infrastructure, development, and operations teams and staying current with industry trends to propose innovative tooling and practices.
