Job Summary
Design, package, and deploy Windows-based engineering and design applications using Cloudpaging and enterprise deployment platforms. Administer core systems for licensing management, collaboration tools, and engineering delivery platforms while troubleshooting complex installation, packaging, and performance conflicts. Automate workflows with PowerShell to improve reliability and collaborate with clients and IT staff to resolve application issues and document standards. Provide escalation support and maintain procedures for enterprise-wide engineering systems used by global engineers. This role supports Parsons' Corporate team, which delivers defense, intelligence, and critical infrastructure solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related technical discipline
- 6+ years of progressive experience designing, packaging, and deploying software packages to Windows operating systems in a mid- to large-scale environment
- Experience administering and supporting application infrastructure (e.g., licensing servers, application delivery platforms, or related IT systems)
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a strong attention to detail

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with application virtualization technologies like Cloudpaging, Microsoft App-V, or VMware ThinApp
- Strong understanding of PowerShell or other scripting languages
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
- Familiarity with MongoDB, SQL Server, or other database systems
- Exposure to or general knowledge of engineering and design applications such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, ProjectWise, ArcGIS, or similar CAD/BIM/GIS or engineering tools
