Job Summary
IT Engineer responsible for IAM, network security, device management, monitoring, automation, and incident-ready resilience across global offices; Lead IT roadmap and collaborate with IT, Security, Ops, and People Ops while balancing day‐to‐day support with strategic initiatives. Requires 4–6+ years in IT engineering, proficiency in macOS/Windows/Linux, IAM (SSO/SCIM/MFA), enterprise device management, networking (Meraki/Palo Alto, VPN), scripting/AI tools, and strong IT security practices (SOC2/NIS2 familiarity). Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and certifications is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6+ years in IT engineering, system administration, and network management
- Proficiency in macOS, Windows, and Linux
- Solid understanding of IAM principles: SSO, SCIM, MFA, directory services, and device trust
- Experience with enterprise device management and endpoint security
- Strong networking fundamentals: enterprise Wi-Fi, VPN, network hardware, and security protocols
- Experience with scripting, automation, and AI tools
- IT security best practices; compliance experience (SOC2, NIS2, or similar) is a plus
- Bonus points: High-growth startup experience, Infrastructure-as-code, Cloud familiarity (AWS, Azure), Relevant certifications (networking, security, or cloud)
