Job Summary
Own employee onboarding and offboarding IT processes end-to-end, including device provisioning and access setup. Manage endpoint security, identity and access management systems, and SaaS platforms like Microsoft 365 and Slack. Administer cloud infrastructure, maintain office IT assets, and resolve help desk tickets via Linear while owning SLA performance. Support security compliance programs, implement access governance, and contribute to IT controls documentation. Identify process improvements to scale operations and support executive meetings with IT logistics. Partner closely with the Engineering team to maintain secure, scalable cloud environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, IT engineering, or infrastructure engineering
- Hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including IAM, networking, security configurations, and operational best practices
- Experience supporting cloud security, including access management, logging, monitoring, vulnerability remediation, and secure baseline configurations
- Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune, or equivalent) and zero-touch device deployment
- Strong experience with identity and access management (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, or equivalent), MFA, and SSO
- Proficiency administering SaaS platforms such as Microsoft 365, Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with SOC 2 controls, Vanta or similar compliance platforms, and security policy frameworks
- Experience managing IT ticketing systems (Linear, Jira, or equivalent) and owning SLA accountability
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with a high degree of autonomy
