Job Summary
Perform network maintenance, system upgrades, and security configurations while maintaining standards to ensure reliability across the organization. Monitor network performance, proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime, and execute changes following standard operating procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative technologies that drive operational efficiency and support root cause analysis for outages. Provide onsite support for LAN/WAN link connectivity, turn-ups, and testing, while delivering customer service for specific IT issues. This role includes after-hours or weekend work for service-impacting changes, an on-call rotation for emergencies, and a hybrid schedule with short-distance travel from any SHI UK location.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with the implementation of data and converged network infrastructure
- On call for networking emergencies
- After hours or weekend work for service impacting changes or problems
- Short-distance travel required to site offices
- Hybrid/remote schedule

- Technical Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, NSE4-6, PCNSE, etc.
