IT Engineer

Job Summary
Configure and operate endpoints, set up and maintain local LAN/VPN, work with regulatory German documents, and support Helsing employees including those in the local office; collaborate with the IT team to optimize corporate, development, and customer environments built on Microsoft 365 and Azure; participate in air-gapped environments with Active Directory and genua kits; collaborate on security and network tooling; require fluency in English and German and experience with macOS/Windows, network infrastructure, and IT administration; relocation support available; potential security clearances may be required; opportunity to engage with cutting-edge defence AI and enterprise IT infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in an IT engineering or IT support role
- Fluency in English and German
- Experience with macOS and Windows (Server)
- Experience in managing network infrastructure and security tools
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to obtain German security clearance and potentially NATO clearances
