Job Summary
Senior IT Engagement & Delivery Lead for Germany who will be the key link between the German business and Corporate IT, driving local IT engagement and digital delivery across the German value chain. You will shape and mature digitalization opportunities, drive end-to-end initiatives using low-code/no-code and automation, prototype and validate solutions to accelerate value realization, and collaborate with Cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Solution Architects, Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, Compliance and Data & Analytics) to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant solutions. The role combines technology execution with business understanding to translate needs into concrete improvements and fast, scalable implementations in Germany.
Required Qualifications
- Senior IT professional with stakeholder engagement and hands-on delivery mindset
- Experience in IT business partnering, digital transformation, delivery leadership or technology consulting
- Strong exposure to commercial or operational business environments
- Ability to translate business needs into IT demand and practical solutions
- Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms, automation tools or digital solution building (e.g. Power Platform, workflows, integrations, data tools)
- Solid understanding of architecture, security, compliance and data principles
