IT Enduser Operations Specialist

Coordinate and fulfill IT service requests related to end-user devices and peripherals, including hardware ordering, deployment, and integration of non-standard equipment; maintain and update documentation in ticketing and related systems; communicate with end users, external providers, and internal teams following defined IT processes within End-User Services and Digital Enablement Services; contribute to continuous improvement of user experience and service operations; provide guidance on IT processes and available services; requires strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, and English proficiency; nice-to-have ITILv4/v5 Foundation; hybrid work arrangement in Bucharest, Romania.
