Job Summary

Position: IT End User Support at NCR Voyix. Provide comprehensive IT infrastructure and end-user support across Voyix locations, partnering with local, regional, and global business and IT teams to ensure reliable systems, secure operations, and high-quality technical service. Key responsibilities include end-user and PC support for laptops/desktops/workstations, help desk operations, information security support (antivirus, backups, compliance audits), executive/remote workforce support, IT asset management, vendor/warranty coordination, hardware troubleshooting, software configuration and support across Windows, macOS/iOS, and Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity planning, and participation in IT projects and upgrades. Requires minimum 2 years hands-on technical support experience and a degree in Computer Science or related field; preferred CompTIA A+/Network+ or Microsoft certifications. Location: Atlanta, GA, USA. Open to after-hours support and multi-site operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on technical support experience
  • Experience in Windows, Microsoft Office, macOS/iOS environments
  • Ability to collaborate with global teams
  • Willingness to support after-hours IT needs and work across multiple NCR sites
