Job Summary
The IT End User Specialist II provides advanced front-line technical support to end users for hardware, software, and peripherals; opens, triages, and resolves service tickets per SLAs; performs advanced troubleshooting; documents solutions to increase first-call resolution; handles user and computer account management; performs regular site visits and field work; collaborates with higher-level IT staff; and supports end-user applications, while participating in on-call rotations.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of Healthcare IT experience, preferably in radiology
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and hardware
- Understanding of advanced network structures and concepts
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft 365
- Advanced understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Desired Qualifications
