Job Summary
As IT E-Commerce Specialist, you will be the focal point for integrations between Electrolux's e-commerce platform and major Argentina marketplaces, handling from channel activation to ongoing support. Responsibilities include configuring and managing integrations, monitoring the stability of integration flows (catalog, stock, prices, orders, logistics), diagnosing incidents via APIs, logs, and integration data, managing and optimizing marketplace catalogs (attributes, SKUs, categories, content), and acting as the technical liaison between business teams, marketplace partners, and IT to drive improvements and implementations.
Required Qualifications
- Practical experience in marketplace integrations
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, preferably VTEX
- Knowledge of REST APIs and payload analysis (Postman)
- Understanding of marketplace workflows (catalog, stock, prices, orders, invoicing, reverse logistics)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to diagnose issues and document technical processes
