IT Disaster Recovery Program Manager

Job Summary
Develop and maintain IT disaster recovery strategies and solutions to ensure resilience and recoverability of critical IT systems. Lead risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify gaps and recovery priorities, coordinate DR exercises and simulations, and align DR plans with IT, manufacturing, facilities, and business-continuity teams. Manage DR projects with timelines, resources, and budgets; ensure compliance with ISO 22301, NIST, SEMI standards; maintain DR documentation, playbooks, and recovery scripts; provide regular DR readiness reporting to IT leadership. Support incident response during disasters as a key point of contact. Preferred candidates have manufacturing/semiconductor experience and hold certifications such as CBCP, CISSP, MBCP, or PMP.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in IT disaster recovery, business continuity, and IT risk management
- Experience in DR tools, backup technologies, and cloud recovery solutions
- Certifications such as CBCP, CISSP, MBCP, or PMP are a plus
