Job Summary
Lead the SAP S/4HANA and Business Suite ecosystem strategy, optimizing governance, architecture, and innovation portfolios to drive revenue growth and operational excellence. Develop and execute the SAP strategic plan, managing the transition from implementation to value realization through process improvement, technical debt reduction, and the deployment of SAP BTP, Fiori, Joule, and AI capabilities. Partner with business leaders, Global Process Owners, and IT teams to identify opportunities for automation, analytics, and enhanced decision-making while managing relationships with SAP, system integrators, and AMS providers. Manage functional and technical SAP IT managers to deliver solutions for day-to-day business execution and ensure compliance with ITGC guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Ten years of relevant, hands-on experience with SAP S/4 finance, supply chain, quote to cash, and manufacturing modules
- Experience leading the deployment and utilization of SAP BTP, Fiori, Joule, Build and other recent SAP innovations
- Experience managing a team of SAP functional leaders and working with Global Process Owners and other business leaders
- Experiencing leading technology innovation and deployment as a part of transformation and continuous improvement
- Experiencing managing an enterprise relationship with SAP, SI's, consulting partners and AMS providers
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- PMP, Agile and APICS certifications
- Management consulting (or similar experience) focused on strategic process alignment
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Program management skills with significant knowledge of project planning tools
- Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, planning and execution skills
- Ability to balance a strategic viewpoint with the ability to bring others along
- Advanced knowledge of business processes for manufacturing industries
- A distinctive blend of business, IT, financial and communication skills
- Ability to develop and execute a strategic plan
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
- Must be able to legally work in the United States; we are unable to provide sponsorship
- Candidate must qualify as a US Person which is defined as a US Citizen, or a Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of IT network architecture, systems and infrastructure is a plus
