Job Summary
Director-level IT leadership role responsible for the global implementation, adoption, and operation of Oracle Fusion Cloud across Standex, serving as the bridge between IT and business to enable standardized, scalable ERP solutions and measurable outcomes. Responsibilities include global rollout of Oracle Fusion modules (Financials, SCM, Manufacturing, Procurement, Projects), enterprise change management and adoption, governance and risk management, data migration and integrations, and building a global Oracle Fusion support organization. Key activities involve shaping the Enterprise Oracle Fusion roadmap, ensuring go-lives with hypercare, translating business strategy into scalable Fusion configurations, partnering with senior leaders across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Operations, driving business readiness, and delivering on-time, on-budget deployments with measurable improvements in process standardization, efficiency, and data quality. Required qualifications emphasize 10+ years in ERP delivery, Oracle Fusion Cloud experience, global implementation leadership, executive-level collaboration, and formal Fusion/change-management certifications.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in ERP delivery and enterprise applications leadership
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including configuration, solution design, or integrations
- Proven leadership of global, enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion implementations with significant organizational change
- Experience partnering directly with senior business leaders in Finance, Operations, and HR
- Formal training or certification in Oracle Fusion and/or change management methodologies
