Job Summary
IT Director to oversee the company’s IT strategy, infrastructure, and operational readiness, manage outsourced MSP relationships, ensure HIPAA/security compliance, and drive rapid multi-state expansion. Responsibilities include leading IT readiness for new infusion center openings, owning enterprise IT operational processes (Rippling and internal systems), developing scalable IT workflows, ensuring healthcare IT security, incident response coordination, maintaining governance documentation, and partnering across Operations, Finance, People, Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and external vendors to support growth. Preferred experience in healthcare, ambulatory care/infusion operations, and familiarity with cloud-based IT environments and HRIS platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of IT management or infrastructure experience
- Experience managing third-party MSP relationships and outsourced IT environments
- Experience supporting multi-site operations and/or rapid growth environments
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare IT security, cybersecurity best practices, and compliance frameworks
- Ability to operate independently in a lean, high-growth environment with minimal internal IT headcount
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally with operational and executive leadership
- Preferred: Background in Healthcare and experience supporting ambulatory care, infusion, physician practice, or multi-site healthcare operations
- Familiarity with identity/access management, endpoint management, and cloud-based IT environments
- Familiarity with Rippling or similar HRIS/IT management platforms
