Job Summary
Translate business needs into quality software solutions within an Agile environment and support enterprise-wide software solutions. Responsibilities include driving joint IT/business requirements discussions, creating user stories with acceptance criteria, participating in Scrum events, providing Tier 2 application support, documenting process flows and technical requirements, collaborating with product owners and vendors to backlog features, and ensuring timely communication of progress and resolutions. Strong written and verbal communication, Agile understanding, and ability to analyze complex business processes are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two-year degree in Information Technology, Project Management or Business Administration required, or 2 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or related field preferred with 2+ years of experience
- Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a 2-year degree
- Agile certifications preferred
