Job Summary
Address security and vulnerability issues at both infrastructure and development levels by coordinating with development and infrastructure teams. Implement DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes to streamline IT operations. Troubleshoot server and network issues while managing AWS services, Linux administration, and VPN connections. Identify opportunities to improve existing software and systems. Work within a US shift timing of 8 pm to 6 am IST in the Vadodara office. Requires 3-4 years of experience with AWS technologies and hands-on knowledge of V-Tiger, CRM, and 3CX administration.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience
- hands-on knowledge across the catalog of AWS technologies & services (IAM, ELB, VPCs, EBS, S3, EC2, RDS, CloudWatch, Lambda)
- Good knowledge of Linux server administration
- Experience establishing and working in a Virtual server environment
- Sound Experience of V-Tiger, CRM and 3CX administration
- Experience of various VPN connections site to site, SSL and AWS VPNs
- Ability to handle security and vulnerability issues at both infrastructure and development levels
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery
- Implement and maintain containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
