Job Summary
Lead and develop high-performing IT and Software Development teams through a culture of Integrity, Candor, Innovation & Growth. Set the technology vision and roadmap aligned with business goals, translating operational challenges into scalable technical solutions. Ensure the security and integrity of sensitive student and school data while overseeing compliance with FERPA, SOC 2, and third-party regulations. Partner with operations to manage core systems, data intake, production workflows, and customer-facing platforms, overseeing the software development lifecycle from planning through release. Evaluate new tools to improve efficiency and ensure system uptime during critical production windows. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Customer Support, and Sales to optimize processes for automation and reporting.
Required Qualifications

- Strong understanding of: Infrastructure, networking, and system security
- Strong understanding of: Software development practices and workflows
- Strong understanding of: Data management and integration systems
- Comfortable working in data-heavy, compliance-driven environments
