Job Summary
Provide frontline IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving technical problems via in-person, phone, and remote assistance. Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and other IT equipment while managing user accounts, permissions, and security settings in Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding by provisioning and deactivating accounts and devices, then document troubleshooting steps and IT best practices. Utilize coding skills in C#, Java, CSS, and HTML5 for Android app development, website maintenance, and supporting business operations through system upgrades and security improvements. Adhere to IT Operations policies and maintain confidentiality of company and customer data. Full-time position requiring a background check and age of at least 21 years.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Basic to intermediate experience with C#, Java, CSS, HTML5
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical requirements: sit/stand for a long period of time, dexterity of hands and fingers, bending, ability to lift 40 lbs, climbing of stairs and ladders
- Must pass a background check
- Must be at least 21 years old
