Job Summary
Design, build, and manage robust forecasting models tailored to business needs while supporting and optimizing the demand planning process to enhance forecast accuracy. Leverage expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse (RR) to develop scalable planning solutions that integrate seamlessly across functions, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in supply chain, operations, and business analysis to align efforts with organizational goals. Continuously analyze and improve forecasting techniques using data-driven insights and best-in-class methodologies, ensuring system reliability, performance, and scalability for all demand planning tools and platforms. This six-month contract role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of IT development experience in forecasting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 6+ years of relevant experience in IT development, particularly within forecasting and demand planning functions
- Proven hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse (RR)
- Strong understanding of statistical forecasting methods and data modeling techniques
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
