IT Developer - Data Engineer

Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and enterprise data workflows using Databricks and Snowflake. Develop Python-based automation, integration, and data processing solutions, and work with structured and semi-structured data from multiple enterprise systems and APIs. Implement workflow orchestration, scheduling, dependency management, and monitoring solutions to support real-time and batch data processing. Collaborate with analytics, AI/ML, and reporting teams to enable data-driven decision-making while ensuring data quality, governance, security, and performance optimization across platforms. Troubleshoot production issues, improve system reliability and scalability, participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute to innovation initiatives involving AI agents, intelligent automation, and modern data platforms. Strong knowledge of SQL, distributed data processing, performance optimization, and experience with Databricks/Snowflake/Python/ETL pipelines. Familiarity with APIs, automation frameworks, and integration patterns; understanding of cloud-based data engineering architectures. Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in Agile teams and communicate effectively in cross-functional settings.
