Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain corporate portals, business applications, and API integrations using modern AI-augmented workflows. Maintain and upgrade user interfaces and backend systems for performance, while building and expanding API web services for Document Management System integrations. Provision, configure, and maintain development, staging, and production environments, enforcing coding standards across HTML, CSS, React, and JavaScript. Implement and support CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments, manage source code repositories and version control best practices, and ensure scalability and usability. Occasional after-hours availability is required to support critical issues and production outages. This role operates within a cross-functional team, requiring strong problem-solving skills and ownership in a hybrid remote environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BS) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- 3+ years of professional Full Stack software development experience
- Occasional after-hours availability
Desired Qualifications
- Basic understanding of prompt engineering and integrating AI/LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic Claude) into applications
- Experience with Identity Management (IDM) platforms such as AWS Cognito, Okta, or Auth0
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates)
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright, Selenium)
- Exposure to GraphQL API development
- Understanding of application observability and monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana, New Relic, ELK stack)
- Awareness of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
