Job Summary
IT Desktop Application Analyst responsible for managing Austin’s cloud enterprise file storage and all enterprise applications for devices across the portfolio. Oversees administration of Egnyte and related enterprise systems, including user access, troubleshooting, and alignment with compliance. Manages deployment and updates of enterprise applications using Microsoft Intune and related MDM solutions, Active Directory access, and onboarding/offboarding processes. Supports multiple platforms and integrates with tools like Amazon Business, DocuSign, Pype Autospec, P6 (via Citrix), OneStream, and internal build systems, while collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure system reliability and optimal device configurations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- 3+ years of experience in management enterprise applications and technical support
- Experience with Cloud enterprise file storage, Intune, Defender 365, Ticketing Systems, Construction Field Technologies, Vendor Management, Advising business partners with relevant application solutions
