Job Summary
Install and fix desktops, printers, laptops, and peripheral hardware issues while performing smart hand activities at sites and remotely. Troubleshoot end-user network cabling and resolve system problems using deductive reasoning, with expertise in Windows and macOS administration, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN. Manage enterprise LAN/WAN setups and handle remote connections via Team Viewer and MS-Teams. Bilingual English and Spanish candidates must work with urgency, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with clients and management. Full equipment provided including mobile internet, noise-canceling headsets, and admin access tools.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts
- Ability to lift / move computer equipment weighing up to 50Lbs
- Expert in desk side support and PC break/fix including basic administration of Windows O/S and MAC OS
- Usage Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP
- Ability to troubleshoot issues with systems and networks using good deductive reasoning skill and troubleshooting & resolving issues related to end-user network cabling
- Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chip sets, memory modules, and peripherals
- Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems: MS Windows, MS office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, DHCP, VPN and others
- Excellent written and oral communications skills with clients and management as well as people skills
- Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on time
- Takes proactive ownership and works with a sense of urgency
- Bilingual (English & Local B2)

- Experience of ticketing tools (ServiceNow / Remedy etc.)
