Job Summary

Manage IT asset inventory and portfolio, overseeing purchase, deployment, utilization tracking, and disposal of hardware and software. Provide day-to-day consultation, training, and troubleshooting for technical staff and end users regarding computer systems. Perform reconciliation with Procurement and manage receipt purchase orders with Account Payable. Research new hardware and vendors, implement performance upgrades to PCs, and document equipment failures or repairs. Handle ticketing system, phone, and email support, including onsite branch assistance and emergency after-hours coverage. Maintain IT inventory and create Snow tickets to improve processes with automation.

Required Qualifications

  • Fundamental understanding of IT Asset Procurement & Tracking
  • Fundamental understanding of Inventory Management & Analysis
  • Basic knowledge of IT Desktop's Vendor Management
  • Compliance Tracking and management
  • Basic knowledge of Service Now & Visio
  • Ability to troubleshoot PC problem & basic network issue
  • Intermediate Microsoft product knowledge (OS & Office suite)
  • Strong customer service skill
  • Strong foundation of MS Windows OS which include AD and GPO
  • Familiarity with various MS products which include MS O365
