Job Summary
Record and monitor deployment requests, ensure fulfillment, and coordinate with teams to support deployment needs. Alert the System Team on requests, track them to closure, and conduct post-production testing before deployment to prospects and customers. Update tracking systems, monitor environment expiration and releases, and perform health checks, core function testing, and bulk testing. Provide general administrative support to assigned projects. This temporary hybrid role requires working Sunday through Thursday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM Philippine Time.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelors degree holder in any course
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong organization, monitoring, and coordination skills
- Focused and detail-oriented
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tools & technologies (E.g. JIRA)
- Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Can render overtime when needed
- Amenable to work on a Sunday to Thursday schedule, from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Philippine Time)
- Successful completion of background check and NBI clearance
