Job Summary
The Associate Director – IT Delivery leads and empowers a team of IT delivery professionals, ensuring efficient operations that align with organizational objectives. This role encompasses setting clear goals, driving performance, and fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include standardizing delivery processes, overseeing IT governance reviews, developing technical roadmaps, and ensuring strong stakeholder relationships. Candidates should possess 15+ years in IT delivery, with leadership experience, and be proficient in delivery methodologies and global technology implementations.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years’ experience in IT delivery roles
- At least 5 years in a leadership capacity
- Proven track record of implementing and managing complex IT delivery programs
- Experience with vendor management and driving alignment in global environments
- Experience in IT Delivery governance, intake, and portfolio management processes
- Strong understanding of change management and user adoption implications
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with executive presence
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Information Technology or related field
- Experience with global technology solution implementations
- Proficiency in delivery methodologies
- Familiarity with enterprise systems including HCM platforms, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform
