Job Summary
Design and optimize data center and IT/OT infrastructure projects, including network, storage, and cloud services. Lead the development of comprehensive architecture plans, RFI, and RFP documents for bid leveling on implementation and transformation initiatives. Configure OT network devices and protocols such as Modbus and DNP3, while implementing security measures to protect industrial control systems from cyber threats. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and manage client expectations regarding scope, budget, and schedules. Evaluate technology trends to align organizational strategies with industry best practices and mentor technical teams under stringent timelines.
Required Qualifications
- 10 -15 Years in IT Infra including real-time experience in IT Infra design and building data center projects
- Degree
- 12-15 years of Infra experience in a comparable position experience in the IT Industry
- good experience in Network/Storage/Virtualization/HCI/Private and public Cloud topics
- good knowhow of the latest trends in IT Infra
- In-depth knowledge of network, server, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies
- In-depth knowledge of OT network protocols, topologies, and technologies, including SCADA and ICS
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices specific to OT networks
- Knowledge of industrial network hardware and software solutions (e.g., PLCs, HMIs, RTUs)
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations, such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and IEC 62443
- Hands-on experience in preparation of Proof of concept of IT Infra and Cloud topics
- Proficiency in architectural frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL)
- Strong in client-facing and Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Able to work under stringent timelines and pressure
- Able to articulate well and convert the customer requirements into the best available solution in the industry
- Have good experience in handling technical delivery and mentoring technical team
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure Certified Solutions Architect, Cisco Certified Network Professional, VMWare, Nutanix) are a plus
