Job Summary
The IT Database Manager leads the design, operation, and optimization of enterprise database platforms ensuring performance, integrity, availability, and data security across business systems and internally developed applications. Supervises database personnel, manages projects and deliverables, and provides hands-on technical leadership within the database function. Responsibilities include database operations and performance tuning, security and compliance, system design and development, planning and upgrades, documentation and incident response, and cross-department leadership and communication. Requires MSSQL administration, backup/recovery, HA/DR knowledge, scripting/automation, Windows Server experience, and strong vendor coordination and documentation skills. On-site role in Snoqualmie, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Five years of experience in Information Technologies within an equivalent-sized property
- Leadership potential demonstrated through project oversight, peer mentorship, and/or vendor coordination
- Must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission
- Pre-employment drug testing; DOT panel testing for Driver position if applicable
