Job Summary
IT & Data Solutions Specialist responsible for leading data governance, enterprise data integration, and automation initiatives; partner with MSP and executive leadership to align IT with business objectives, ensure regulatory compliance (CMMC) and drive GenAI policy, low-code automation, and reporting capabilities (Power BI) across the organization; manage MSP relationships, ensure high system availability and security, and translate technical architecture into business impact for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related field required
- 5–8 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including governance, strategy, and cross-functional program delivery
- Strong background in enterprise data architecture and systems integration
- Experience with Power BI and dashboards and Process Automation using Power Automate
- Experience managing MSP/vendor relationships and performance monitoring
- Demonstrated success in Enterprise data strategy, governance, and data integrity
- Expertise of Microsoft cloud environments and understanding of CMMC compliance
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical architecture into business impact for non-technical executives
