Job Summary
Develop, maintain, and optimize datasets, databases, and reporting systems supporting investigative, legal, and administrative functions. Analyze trends across case activity, complaint patterns, litigation outcomes, and statewide enforcement initiatives. Create dashboards, statistical reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to attorneys, investigators, leadership, and external partners. Collaborate with office staff to identify data needs, define requirements, and ensure accuracy in data collection processes. Support cross-division projects with quantitative and qualitative analysis, conduct quality assurance checks on incoming data, and assist in modernizing workflows through automation and improved data governance. Ensure compliance with state and federal data privacy regulations while responding to internal data requests and preparing documentation for datasets and reporting processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, information systems, computer science, or a related field
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and database management
- Proficiency in SQL, database management, Artificial Intelligence, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and critical‐thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear narratives for non‐technical audiences
- Ability to work with confidential information and maintain strict adherence to data security protocols
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a government, legal, or law‐enforcement environment
- Familiarity with case‐management systems, CRM platforms, or investigative data tools
- Knowledge of statistical methods, predictive modeling, or fraud analytics
