Job Summary
Conduct a real-world, strategic business project for Pentair's sustainable water solutions mission over a 12-week summer rotation. Present project objectives, processes, and impact results to leadership at the program's conclusion. Engage in on-the-job training, mentorship, and coaching from experienced professionals while collaborating with a cohort of students through executive speaker sessions, networking events, and a team case competition. Showcase accomplishments at the Intern Summit with potential consideration for future full-time roles upon graduation.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Management of Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science from an accredited university
- Currently enrolled as a junior undergraduate
- Willing to work during the summer in our Golden Valley, MN location
- Willing to relocate and work in locations throughout the United States while in Pentair's Leadership Development Program
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
- Have strong technical aptitude in at least one IT domain (application development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, etc.)
- Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
