Job Summary
Implement and maintain the company's cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and security governance framework. Monitor security events, coordinate incident response, and lead vulnerability management activities including assessments, prioritization, and remediation. Conduct risk assessments, recommend mitigation measures, and prepare reports, KPIs, and presentations for executive management. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to integrate security into projects, coordinate penetration tests and audits, and support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives. Deliver cybersecurity awareness training and act as the primary advisor for strategic IT and OT initiatives. This role is based in Travemünde (Germany) for TT-Line, a ferry operator connecting Germany, Poland, Lithuania, and Sweden, requiring a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cyber Security or related fields with extensive hands-on experience in frameworks like ISO/IEC 27001 and NIS2.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Several years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, information security, or network security
- Strong knowledge and practical experience implementing cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including: ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft security technologies
- Strong networking and network security expertise, including Firewall administration
- Experience with SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, incident response, and security monitoring
- Good understanding of cloud security, identity and access management (IAM), and Zero Trust principles
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
