IT & Cyber Security Manager

Job Summary
Lead IT transformation initiatives and system upgrades while managing the ICT budget to ensure cost-effectiveness in licensing, hardware procurement, and telecommunications contracts. Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and oversee the IT support function to ensure timely issue resolution. Supervise and mentor ICT technical specialists, establishing clear KPIs and continuous professional development. Develop and implement the organization's cybersecurity strategy, working with specialists to maintain a robust posture aligned with ISO 27001 standards. Establish and enforce information security policies, maintain data privacy protocols, and report risks and mitigation plans to senior management. Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity measures are tested regularly, while managing ERP, HR, and Microsoft 365 systems. Oversee System & Cloud Administrators to optimize hybrid infrastructure, security, and backups. Provide periodic reporting on IT performance, system health, and security posture. Must be an Oman resident with 8–10 years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS, VoIP, and SD‐WAN
- Experience in cybersecurity frameworks and risk management
- Skilled in ERP and enterprise systems management
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and network architecture
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong reporting and documentation capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- 8–10 years of experience in the ICT/IT field
- Must be Oman resident
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications preferred: PMP/Prince2, ITIL Foundation, or CISSP
- Experience in managing IT operations, security, cloud, and infrastructure environments
