Job Summary
IT Customer Support Journeyman providing technical assistance to Windows-based desktop and mobile users. Responsibilities include configuring, deploying, and supporting desktops, laptops, iPads, and iPhones; resolving software issues in Microsoft 365, Adobe, email, Teams, and OneDrive; handling requests via phone, email, and remote tools; maintaining asset inventory; supporting printers, copiers, Cisco conference room tech, Webex, and Teams meeting setup; troubleshooting hardware/software issues and communicating status on upgrades and deployments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
- 6-10 yrs. providing technical support to computer system users
- 6-10 yrs. maintaining personal computers, systems and printers
- 6-10 yrs. installing and troubleshooting computer operating systems and software
