Job Summary
IT Customer Service Analyst provides technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving issues via multiple channels while delivering customer service. Responsibilities include documenting solutions, contributing to knowledge bases, analyzing incident trends, managing ticket workloads and SLAs, providing remote support for data backups/restoration and hardware/software installation, troubleshooting Windows/Office 365/browsers/networking, following up with users, imaging/configuring/deploying computers, IT asset management, collaborating with team members, and assisting with special projects (including non-IT tasks such as warehouse work). Preferred qualifications include CompTIA A+ and a Bachelor's degree. 0-2 years of experience expected.
