Job Summary
Manage and optimize the Salesforce Health Cloud environment while providing enterprise desktop support for staff, including equipment deployment, troubleshooting, and Help Desk ticket resolution. Diagnose and resolve customer-reported incidents, analyze work processes, and report trends to drive process improvement initiatives. Oversee security measures, backup procedures, and user account permissions, ensuring compliance with policies and safeguarding data integrity. Create technical documentation, participate in project planning, and provide training for onboarding and offboarding. Serve as a liaison between department leaders and the IT Service Desk, offering technical guidance on Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- CRM platform certifications (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and other departments effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, and willingness to work in the field if needed
- Ability to withstand varying job pressures, organize/prioritize related job tasks, and excellent attention to detail
- Requires lifting and carrying equipment and supplies weighing up to 35 pounds
- Require pushing and pulling equipment and supplies weighing up to 35 pounds
- Requires walking and standing
- Requires frequent sitting more than 75% of the workday
- Requires the ability to navigate stairs
- Requires visual acuity and manual dexterity to operate equipment
Desired Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in systems administration, network management, and IT support
- Progressive Healthcare experience
- Salesforce
- Ability to multitask, learn new skills and adapt to change

- Customer service centered and responsiveness approach to IT service delivery
- Capable of supporting Windows, Mac, and mobile devices (Android, iOS) including MDM platforms such Intune and JAMF
