Job Summary
IT Coordinator role supporting day-to-day IT operations across hotels and corporate locations in the DACH region. Responsibilities include first- and second-line IT support, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues, supporting hotel openings/conversions, coordinating IT projects and infrastructure improvements, vendor coordination, and maintaining user accounts and documentation. Requires experience in IT support or systems administration, a degree or vocational IT qualification, knowledge of Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID, Windows environments, networking, strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, and willingness to travel within DACH. Fluency in English is required; German preferred. Travel within the region and collaboration with hotel teams and central IT are key aspects of the role.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of IT experience in IT support, IT coordinator, or systems administration
- Degree or vocational qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or multi-site environments is an advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, Windows environments, networking, and IT infrastructure
- Fluency in English; German is strongly preferred
- Driver’s license and willingness to travel within the DACH region
