Job Summary
IT Coordinator responsible for backend infrastructure, domain migrations, and cross-border support across Europe and the UK. Oversees Windows Server/AD, Microsoft Entra ID, and M365/Exchange globally, co-manages Intune endpoint management, acts as escalation point for complex tickets, leads during site acquisitions and migrations, documents implementations for the central Knowledge Base, and provides hands-on Amsterdam-based hardware support and vendor coordination. Requires 3+ years in IT/coordination with strong documentation skills; English required, Dutch advantageous; hospitality tech exposure and familiarity with tools like Veeam or Zendesk are pluses.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or IT Coordinator roles
- Strong focus on backend infrastructure
- Proven ability to write high-quality technical documentation
- Experience with Windows Server environments including AD and Entra ID
- M365 tenant and Exchange administration
- Teams configuration
- Intune device management across Europe/UK locations
- Cross-border escalation handling for remote users
- Knowledge sharing and documentation in a central Knowledge Base
- English language; Dutch is a strong asset
