Job Summary
IT Help Desk Specialist to support Jersey College's campus technology on-site at York, PA and Jacksonville Campus. Responsibilities include network & system administration, maintaining IT infrastructure, admin and monitoring of internal servers and intranet/extranet sites, providing timely end-user support to faculty, staff, and students, developing training and documentation to improve technology adoption, evaluating emerging technologies, ensuring IT policy compliance, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to optimize IT solutions.
